We'll start our tour by looking at the somewhat fatalistically named We Will Always Have Tempe. Islamabad gives Tempe props for not trying to claim that Navy is a fearsome opponent, but he might be extrapolating the results of one athletic contests a wee bit too much. He walked back from some of his more crazy bones assertions, but still is extremely pessimistic about Ohio State's chances against USC. The best part about the site is their snarky sub-head: "Where our interests are always vested." Very droll, Tempe, very droll.
Moving right along to the cleverly-named Buckeye Commentary. The site is far more optimistic about Ohio State's chances against USC, but they're nowhere near giddy about playing LA's only professional football team. Actually, they're a lot like us: they mock Matt Barkley and write haikus. Downside: they haven't posted much about the upcoming matchup. However, their 2009 Prospectus series provides good background info.
Let me save you some time: don't read The Buckeye Blog. You know what, it's so bad that I'm not even going to link to it. Islamabad knows how to play hardball. The Buckeye Blog is a ridiculous homer and is riddled with errors. At one point, it discusses whether USC will run a triple option (I'm guessing not). In another post, it calls USC's most recent opponent "Fresno State." Seriously, it's a travesty.
Our Honor Defend is a slow-posting blog that churns out reasonable material. So far, they have written only a one post about USC - this little gem that shows a wee bit of despair on the part of the Buckeyes.
Similarly, The Silver Bullet is looking for optimism in strange places, as well. They seem to be very pessimistic about the play of their linebackers and secondary, which is kind of a big part of the defense.
Your go-to blog should be We Will Always Have Tempe. It's reasonable and they post relatively often.
The general mood of the Buckeye blogosphere is one of resigned despair. True, they've lost almost every big game in the past three years, but that's a really small sample size. The odds are good that the Buckeye's luck will turn. Most of the blogs are looking for a sliver of hope, and tend to look to their raucous home crowd and Terrelle Pryor's pterodactyl-like game-breaking athleticism.

The law of small numbers tells me the Buckpeople are due up for a win.
